Revision Policy
Performance Mistakes: Mispronunciations or missing words are fixed at no charge.
Artistic Edits: Two rounds of feedback concerning pacing or tone are included at no charge. After these have been expended, the a flat session reservation fee applies for each additional session as well as the percentage of the original cost of the project that needs to be recorded.
Script Rewrites: One round of small rewrites, that are less than 10% of the final script, is included at no charge. Rewrites beyond 10% or additional rewrites are quoted upon request.

Rue Helu does not authorize any client to use their voice to train artificial or synthetic voices unless specified in your contract.
